GivingStation upgrade

Update your GivingStation with a full refurbishment and tablet upgrade.

The GivingStation upgrade includes our new Lenovo Tab Android 14 tablet (with security updates for 3 years and up to Android 16) new internal cabling. If your device has SumUp Air fitted we will also update it to a Solo Lite.*

As there are a number of different models of GivingStation the work required to update varies. This upgrade covers GS1, GS2 or GS3

After ordering, please carefully pack up your current unit** and ship to Payaz, Innovation Factory, Forthriver Business Park, Springfield Road, Belfast, BT12 7DG.
We recommend shipping from your local PostOffice via ParelForce 48hr service. This is generally the most reliable and cost effective service commonly available.
Also, remember to include a note inside to let us know who sent it.

Please note: The complete GivingStation unit including all component parts should be returned (all model types).

* For customers with a SumUp Solo already fitted you can opt out of this element of the update.
