Update your GivingStation with a full refurbishment and tablet upgrade.
IMPORTANT: In order to upgrade your GivingStation you must return the original GivingStation unit including all component parts (all model types).
The GivingStation upgrade includes our new Lenovo Tab Android 14 tablet (with security updates for 3 years and up to Android 16) and new internal cabling. If your device has SumUp Air fitted we will also update it to a Solo Lite.*
As there are a number of different models of GivingStation the work required to complete this update varies. This upgrade covers GS1, GS2 or GS3 models.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
After ordering, please carefully pack up your current unit** and ship to Payaz, Innovation Factory, Forthriver Business Park, Springfield Road, Belfast, BT12 7DG.
We recommend shipping from your local PostOffice via ParelForce 48hr service. This is generally the most reliable and cost effective service commonly available.
Also, remember to include a note inside to let us know who sent it.
* For customers with a SumUp Solo already fitted you can opt out of this element of the update.
** Payaz are not responsible for any damages in transit (to us).
PLEASE NOTE:
All of our devices come pre-installed with our point of donation software which requires a subscription priced at £10+vat per month. This subscription fee can be used on up to 5 devices with unlimited transactions.
For pay monthly customers this subscription is included in the cost.
